Cancellation Policy

Commission Booking Policy Every portrait I create is a unique, hand-drawn piece of artwork. As no two commissions are the same, each booking is priced and scheduled on an individual basis. The final price depends on several factors, including: * The size of the artwork. * Whether the portrait is in black & white or full colour. * The number of subjects (people, pets or horses). * The complexity of the reference photograph. * Your required completion date. Each portrait is created entirely by hand using professional-quality coloured pencils and can take anywhere from 10 to 40 hours to complete, depending on the level of detail involved. To ensure every commission receives the time and attention it deserves, I accept a limited number of bookings at any one time. If you have a specific occasion or deadline, such as a birthday, anniversary or Christmas gift, I recommend booking as early as possible. Once you’ve contacted me with your requirements and reference photographs, I’ll provide a personalised quotation, an estimated completion date and confirm availability before your commission is booked. Please Note: A booking is confirmed once the agreed deposit has been received. The remaining balance is payable before dispatch of the completed artwork.
